	All Barrel Review (Small barrel, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel) w/ Mikyung Song During this workshop you will learn/review the Technique of all exercises on the Barrels (Small Barrel, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel). The focus of the exercises will be the Set-Up and Action-only for all exercises. Staying "horizontal" with the exercises (Set-up and Action-only) will ensure proper movement safely and effectively. Prerequisites: Open to instructors and Intermediate/Advanced level clients.
