I teach mixed group classes and private one to one sessions.
Group classes are no larger than 12 which enables me to give each client personal attention on their technique and correct alignment. Classes are both challenging and fun and consist of a series of low impact exercises which focus on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve muscle strength, balance, flexibility and posture. We target abdominals, back, arms, chest, bottom and thighs. Clients become much more aware of how their bodies work and benefit from a mind-body connection.
I introduce equipment into classes for variation such as bands, toning balls, weights, foam rollers and toning circles to keep classes interesting and lively.
Terms are between 10 to 13 weeks and the cost is £12 per hourly class, payable termly. Missed classes are not refundable but they can be made up by attending another class of your level.
I hold advanced and intermediate / improver level classes. Beginners would need a series of private 1 to 1 sessions before joining a class to learn the basics of Pilates which include breathing and positioning.
